Job Description
We are seeking a skilled SPE-Claims HC professional with 3 to 5 years of experience in the Life and Annuity domain to join Cognizant. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Life and Annuity Domain Knowledge, preferably with experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This position requires night shifts and does not involve travel.
Responsibilities include: analyzing claims, implementing process improvements, ensuring compliance, providing customer service, and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications: Strong technical knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency in claims management software are essential. A Certified Life and Annuity Professional (CLAP) is preferred.
