Job Description
We are seeking a responsible Telecaller to handle patient inquiries and schedule appointments at Kiara Lifestyle Clinic. The ideal candidate will provide information about available treatments and services, assist patients with rescheduling or canceling appointments, and follow up on treatment outcomes while maintaining accurate records.
Additionally, the Telecaller will promote clinic services, including skin care treatments and special offers, and assist patients with billing or insurance queries.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹14,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
