Allobr LLC is seeking an OPT Recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing international students on Optional Practical Training (OPT) visas into suitable job roles. Your role will ensure candidates meet employer requirements while navigating OPT regulations, managing documentation, and providing career guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand OPT regulations and eligibility criteria.
- Source qualified OPT candidates.
- Engage with employers and assist candidates.
