We are seeking a Legal Associate to manage lease and service agreements within our luxurious commercial office space provider. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in real estate law, contract law, or corporate legal matters.
- Draft and negotiate legal contracts.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Engage with landlords, tenants, and stakeholders.
- Handle legal due diligence and dispute resolution.
Requirements include an LLB degree and excellent communication skills. Experience in the hospitality sector is a plus.
