The Student Relations Officer will support students in their professional development through guidance and assistance. This role is the primary contact for students and parents, addressing queries to enhance the learning experience.
Responsibilities:
– Respond to inquiries via email and phone.
– Build relationships with students and parents.
– Identify and escalate issues to management.
– Prepare and distribute certificates.
– Organize alumni engagement activities.
– Participate in activities contributing to success.
Desired Profile:
– Graduated in any stream.
– 1 year experience in ed tech preferred.
– Proficient in Malayalam and English.
