Job Description
Location: MAGJ Hospital, Mookkannoor
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize patient health records accurately.
- Ensure records are securely stored and up-to-date.
- Assign medical codes using ICD-10 and CPT systems.
- Maintain confidentiality adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Enter and update patient data in electronic systems.
- Process medical record requests following privacy laws.
- Audit records for compliance with legal requirements.
