Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative with 0.6-3 years of experience in customer support or voice processes. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and demonstrate the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
A good problem-solving attitude and attention to detail are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or helpdesk platforms will be an advantage. This role requires flexibility to work in shifts or rotate weekends.
