Job Description
Join our team at Infospire IT Solutions Private Limited as a Customer Care Executive. We offer a rotational night shift of 9 hours between 6 PM to 6 AM.
Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills in English.
– Basic computer knowledge (typing, CRM usage, data entry).
– Polite, patient, and customer-oriented approach.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
– Manage inbound customer calls for queries and support.
– Efficiently resolve issues and offer accurate information.
