- Fresher or 1-2 years of coaching experience.
- Decent communication skills.
- For Master Key, satisfactory on-court playing and above-average communication required.

- Deliver high-quality coaching with lesson plans and assessments.
- Lead coaching sessions and motivate students.
- Flexible with split shifts and travel between centers.
- Ensure proper technique corrections and partner matching.
