Job Description
We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Voice Process) to join our team in Bathinda. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply with at least an Under Graduate qualification.
Job Responsibilities:
– Handle incoming customer calls professionally.
– Resolve product and service queries.
– Maintain call records and follow-ups.
– Provide excellent customer support.
– Coordinate with teams for issue resolution.
Skills Required:
– Good communication skills (Hindi/Punjabi).
– Basic computer knowledge.
– Positive attitude.
Pay: ₹24,755 – ₹29,560 per month
