Job Description
Infinium Developers, a fast-growing real estate startup in Coimbatore, is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our Planning & QS department. In this full-time, permanent position, you’ll be responsible for cost estimation, budgeting, and post-contract management to ensure financial efficiency in our projects.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, at least 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, and proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
Salary ranges from ₹30,00.00 to ₹45,00.00 per month, with benefits including cell phone reimbursement and health insurance. This position is in-person.
