Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of the CBSE curriculum and NEP 2020 programs.
- Mentor academic teams to foster a collaborative school environment.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Maintain strong communication with stakeholders and parents.
- Encourage student participation in academics and extracurricular activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Education (B.Ed/M.Ed mandatory).
- 10 years of teaching experience, 5 in leadership roles.
- In-depth knowledge of CBSE curriculum and digital education tools.
