Job Description
Mechsoft Digital Technologies Pvt Ltd is seeking a motivated Office Administration Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of our office, managing essential administrative tasks, and providing comprehensive support to ensure an efficient workflow.
Your key responsibilities will include handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (phone calls, emails, mail), managing calendars and schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and maintaining office supplies and facilities.
