Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients during the certification process.
- Plan schedules for consultants, trainers, and auditors.
- Collect client feedback and manage reports.
- Prepare monthly plans for the technical team.
Requirements: Technical qualifications and good communication skills essential. ISO certification knowledge is a plus.
