Job Description
Join our team at Pressana Infra as a Customer Care Executive! You will manage customer inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins regarding real estate plots.
Key Responsibilities include explaining project details, assisting with the booking process, and nurturing strong client relationships.
We seek candidates with knowledge of real estate, excellent communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset. A graduate with 1 year of customer care experience in real estate is preferred.
Monthly pay: ₹16,00 – ₹35,00, plus health insurance and provident fund benefits.
