Job Description
Forefront Technologies is urgently seeking an experienced Call Centre Executive for our UK-based operations in Kochi.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a call centre environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month
Ready to work in UK shift (2:00 PM IST to 11:00 PM IST).
