Job Description
Join our team as an E-Commerce Executive! You will create and update product listings on various platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify), ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and specifications. Your role involves optimizing listings for SEO, coordinating with logistics for timely dispatch, handling returns and refunds, and addressing customer queries. Monitor stock levels and collaborate with procurement while tracking seller metrics to improve performance. Previous experience in e-commerce operations is essential, along with strong MS Excel skills.
