Job Description
We are hiring for a Customer Support position in an International Voice Process at V-Learning.
Qualifications: PU / Any Degree
Experience: Minimum 6 months in International Voice Process
Language: Good communication skills in English
Package: ₹20,00 to ₹28,00 (includes cab facility, food allowance, and incentives up to ₹6,00)
Work Timing: Night Shift (US Shift), 5 working days with 2 rotational week offs
Age: 19-45
Location: Electronic City, Bangalore
Role: Engage with customers to resolve issues, ensure satisfaction, and provide excellent service while managing expectations.
