Calltawk Solutions LLC-FZ is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Representative for our International Voice Process team in Salt Lake Sector 5, Kolkata. The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in telesales or customer service, especially with international clients.
Key responsibilities include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving queries promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction, and documenting records in our CRM system. Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong English communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of ₹20,00 – ₹25,00 per month based on experience.
