Job Description
Join HaystackAnalytics, a pioneering HealthTech company based at IIT Bombay, focused on revolutionizing clinical genomics products. As a Bioinformatics Intern, you will play a key role in NGS data analysis, developing custom analysis pipelines using R/Python and Linux. Ideal candidates should possess knowledge of human/microbial genomes and relevant databases.
Essential skills include proficiency in R/Python and experience in building NGS analysis pipelines. A Master’s in Bioinformatics/Biotechnology is required along with prior experience in the field.
This role is a full-time internship for 3 months, with a stipend of ₹8,00.00 – ₹10,00.00 per month. Flexible morning shifts are available.
