Job Description
Job Summary: Mervice Infotech is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Kiosk Attendant at Delhi Airport. You will ensure the smooth operation, safety, and comfort of passengers booking App-cabs while delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet passengers and guide them to their booked vehicles.
- Ensure a seamless booking and onboarding experience.
- Assist passengers during unforeseen situations.
- Collaborate with drivers for efficient operations.
- Provide special assistance to elderly or disabled passengers.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹25,00.00 per month.
