Job Description
Lumina Industries India is seeking young, energetic, and smart candidates for the position of Front Office Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Make calls, attend to visitors, and maintain records.
- Greet visitors and connect them with the appropriate authority.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct offices.
- Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems.
- Coordinate office activities for efficiency.
- Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities.
