Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Executive/Sr. Executive to enhance our user-facing operations. You will coordinate service delivery for our newly onboarded users, manage daily operational tasks, and enhance engagement within our user community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct welcome calls and assist users in booking consultations.
- Ensure smooth execution of user journeys and service coordination.
- Manage interactive user groups and respond to queries.
- Handle escalation calls with empathy and support.
- Lead the Feedback & Testimonial project to enhance user experiences.
Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Excel and strong communication skills. Customer service experience is preferred but freshers are welcome.
