Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Your key responsibilities will include reviewing invoices for discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing procedures. You should have strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in accounting or finance is a plus.
