Job Description
Kanexy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Onboarding Support Specialist. This role is based in Hyderabad and requires 1–3 years of experience, preferably in banking, NBFC, or fintech customer service.
Your primary responsibilities will include guiding customers through the onboarding process, responding to queries, maintaining records, and coordinating with other departments to resolve issues.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, along with a solid understanding of KYC norms and digital banking tools.
This full-time position offers a salary between ₹25,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month, along with benefits like a Provident Fund and overtime pay.
