Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated IMS Production Support Level 1 professional to join our team at Virtusa. The ideal candidate will have experience working in application support, hands-on knowledge of observability tools such as SPLUNK, Dynatrace, and Grafana. Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, SQL, Java, and Shell scripting is required.
You should have experience with AWS services including EC2, ECS, EKS, and RDS, as well as strong familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins and Spinnaker. A commitment to working rotational shifts, including weekends, to provide on-call support is essential.
