Job Description
AKASA FINANCE LTD is seeking a dedicated Field Collection Executive to contact customers for overdue payments. Candidates should have excellent communication skills, persistence, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up on outstanding payments via calls, emails, or personal visits.
- Maintain records of follow-ups and collections.
- Negotiate payment plans and address billing queries.
- Coordinate with sales and finance teams.
- Ensure legal and policy compliance.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
- 0–3 years of collections experience.
- Strong negotiation skills; a bike is required for field visits.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹18,00.00/month
