Responsibilities:
- Provide CRM support for claim assistance at client locations.
- Address customer queries regarding policy coverage and health claims.
- Facilitate the claims app for submission and tracking.
- Act as a direct SPOC for specific corporates.
- Ensure timely collection and dispatch of claim documents as needed.
- Coordinate with internal claims units for seamless processing.
Knowledge of health insurance regulations is essential.
