Job Description
We are seeking a motivated PDU Executive to join our team at Kotak Mahindra. In this role, you will visit properties mortgaged with KMBL for commercial and consumer banking sectors. Your responsibilities include completing the APF process, preparing valuation reports, and verifying documents of properties. You will also coordinate with external vendors to obtain necessary reports while adhering to bank policies.
Ideal candidates should hold a BE in Civil Engineering and be familiar with the local area. You are expected to provide current market trends in real estate to the sales team and HO.
