Job Description
Kotak Mahindra Bank is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of PDU Executive. This position involves visiting properties mortgaged with KMBL across commercial and consumer banking sectors. Responsibilities include completing the APF process through site visits, builder meetings, and original document verification.
The successful candidate will prepare valuation reports, vet external documents, and coordinate with vendors for report collection and billing. Familiarity with property locations and adherence to bank policies and processes is essential. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for updating sales/HO on current real estate market trends.
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required.
