Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Service Coordinator to join our team. Key responsibilities include handling AMC/CAMC/spares offers, booking orders, scheduling service engineers, and maintaining complaint registers. The role requires effective communication regarding commissioning, spares orders, and managing logistics related to materials/tools.
The ideal candidate will ensure timely closure of engineer calls, manage administrative tasks, and coordinate activities through vendors. A proactive approach in generating spare leads and executing billing processes for spares/AMC/VAP is essential.
