Job Description
The Floor Incharge is responsible for supervising daily operations on the floor, ensuring smooth workflow, staff management, customer satisfaction, and adherence to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations and activities on the floor.
- Supervise and motivate staff to meet performance targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
