Job Description
About this role: As a Support Executive at Advitech Technologies Private Limited, you will be the first point of contact for our users, assisting them in resolving issues and optimizing their experience with our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and guide users.
- Document user feedback to improve our product.
- Assist in onboarding new users.
Requirements: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred. Strong English communication skills and proficiency in MS Office are a must. Freshers may be considered.
