Job Description
PRABHA AUTOMOTIVE ENGINEERS PVT LTD is seeking a qualified Customer Support Executive to lead a team of representatives in delivering exceptional customer service and after-sales support. Responsibilities include selecting and training staff, overseeing service delivery, and resolving customer complaints. The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree, at least 3 years of experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and knowledge of CRM systems.
This is a permanent position with a competitive pay range of ₹9,453.02 – ₹32,288.23 per month. We offer provided food benefits. Preferred languages are English and Hindi, and we require Tamil candidates only. This position necessitates in-person work.
