Job Description
The Hub Ops is seeking a smart, proactive, and well-spoken Personal Assistant to support our CEO and Co-founder. This role is suited for candidates with 1–2 years of experience eager to excel in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle client communication via phone and email professionally.
- Manage the CEO’s calendar and schedule meetings.
- Organize daily tasks and manage deadlines.
- Assist with travel bookings and general admin duties.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years as a personal/executive assistant.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace.
