Job Description
Join the team at Royal Land and Developers! We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician cum Plumber to work at our Kelambakkam/Padur location.
Job Duties:
- Install and repair electrical wiring, switches, and lights.
- Perform plumbing tasks such as fitting water lines, taps, and tanks.
- Read and interpret basic site drawings.
- Identify and resolve electrical and plumbing issues.
- Adhere to safety protocols and instructions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction.
- Knowledge of electrical and plumbing work.
- ITI or trade certificate preferred.
- Local candidates preferred.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month with benefits.
