Job Description
FRESHWORKS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a dedicated Back Office Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will process and manage sales orders accurately, maintain customer account information, and coordinate with the sales team to track sales leads. Your responsibilities will include assisting in sales report preparation, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
This is a full-time, permanent position for freshers, with a salary ranging from ₹18,455.00 to ₹28,755.00 per month.
Benefits include a Provident Fund, performance bonuses, and a day shift schedule. Please note that this position is in-person.
