Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company adheres to all legal and regulatory requirements.
Your primary duties will include preparing board meeting agendas, maintaining corporate records, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You will also be involved in advising the management on corporate governance issues.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate law, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to communicate effectively. A background in law or compliance is preferred.
