Job Description
Westlive Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Telecaller to boost our customer service and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage incoming and outgoing calls, document inquiries, and convert leads into customers. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle customer objections are essential.
Responsibilities: Answer calls, make outbound calls, document conversations, and meet sales targets.
Qualifications: Previous customer service experience preferred, excellent communication skills, and a high school diploma.
Pay: ₹12,00.00 – ₹15,00.00 per month.
