Job Description
Join Shriram Fortune Solutions Ltd as a Tamil Voice Process Representative! Your key responsibilities include:
- Making outbound calls for customer eligibility verification.
- Documenting denials and taking necessary actions.
- Contacting insurance carriers based on client appointments.
- Completing tasks with speed and accuracy.
