Job Description
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team at SMART TRAVEL as a Ticketing Staff.
Your responsibilities will include handling ticketing procedures using the Amadeus booking system, assisting customers with travel inquiries, and managing reservations, cancellations, and itinerary changes.
We are looking for candidates with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism and at least 1 year of ticketing experience.
Strong communication skills and proficiency in Amadeus are required. Work hours are 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with a salary starting from ₹18,00.00 per month.
