Job Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to generate leads, handle customer inquiries in English, Hindi, and Marathi, maintain customer databases, assist in back office tasks, and prepare reports in Advanced Excel.
Required Skills:
Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Advanced Excel, good interpersonal skills, quick learner, and prior telecalling experience is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Minimum HSC or Graduate in any stream.
- Basic computer knowledge is a must.
