Job Description
Cherussery Credits Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of loan processes, strong communication skills, and a willingness to perform fieldwork.
Your responsibilities will include handling customer queries, conducting field visits, recovering overdue accounts, and collecting loan interest.
This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for freshers. We offer a competitive salary ranging from ₹17,500.00 to ₹18,00.00 per month, alongside benefits like cell phone reimbursement, health insurance, and paid time off.
Preferred language: English. Work location is in person.
