The ideal candidate must have 15-20 years of experience in project management within the automotive industry. Key responsibilities include monitoring project scope, ensuring platform health, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Leadership, excellent presentation skills, and strong stakeholder management are essential. Candidates should hold a BE/B Tech; an MBA/PMP certification is a plus.
