Brief Description: Build a personalized journey for our customers as they shop for our products on our website and encourage them to complete their purchases.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales queries and make outbound calls for missed sales queries.
- Reduce abandoned cart rates by reaching out to customers who have products in their carts.
- Follow up on customer purchase experiences to identify grievances and enhance customer loyalty.
Key Competencies and Skills: A passion for sales, patience to engage customers, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹325,00.00 – ₹420,00.00 per month
