Job Description
Location: Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)
Experience: Minimum 1 year in any International BPO
Process Type: 1st Party (Bank) & 3rd Party (Medical, Credit Card, Legal) Collections
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Excellent spoken communication in English
- Shifts: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM / 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Rotational)
- Qualification: HSC or Graduate
- 2 rotational offs per week
- Home drop available
- Immediate joining preferred
Salary: ₹35,00 – ₹40,00 based on experience + incentives up to ₹2,00 fixed + unlimited performance-based.
Benefits: Health insurance, Paid sick time, Provident Fund.

- Physically and Mentally Healthy
- Minimum Age of 18 Years
- Minimum Education of High School Diploma
- Able to Work Under Pressure
- Experience in the Related Field (Preferred)
