Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve queries regarding debt recovery.
- Identify outstanding debts and track customers.
- Contact debtors and negotiate payment plans.
Requirements:
- Experience with targets and deadlines.
- Proficient in MS Office; excellent communication skills.
