Job Description
Synergy Plus Business Consulting Group is seeking an immediate joiner for the position of Dialer Admin. The ideal candidate should have a graduate degree, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and at least one year of experience in back-office work related to Dialer Admin or Email/Chat domains.
Essential skills include strong analytical abilities, problem-solving skills, and proficiency in dialer platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9). Candidates should also be adept in Microsoft Excel and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
This is a permanent position with a salary range of ₹300,00 – ₹440,00 per year, based on experience. In-person work is required.
