Job Description
ONYX Realty is looking for a dedicated Projects Coordinator to ensure the organization and execution of various tasks. The successful candidate will collaborate with consultants, manage reports, and provide timely updates to project managers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reviewing drawings and calculations.
- Organizing meetings and creating minutes of meetings (MOM).
- Coordinating essential project documentation and communications.
- Ensuring alignment with all project consultants.
- Preparing presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications: 2-4 years in real estate construction, technical skills, communication proficiency, and knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office. Only female candidates are encouraged to apply.
