Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct constituency-level research and sentiment analysis.
• Track political trends and prepare detailed reports.
• Develop campaign plans aligned with the candidate’s vision.
• Coordinate field teams for effective data collection.
• Monitor social media narratives and liaise with stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• 3-5 years in political research or campaign management.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Political Science or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
